LPGC Avisa

The recipients of this APP will be all those citizens who, concerned about the environment, wish to inform the City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria about the damage they find in the public spaces of this city.

It will be possible to report incidents that have occurred in streets, roads, green spaces, furniture, and urban equipment. The location will be obtained automatically, allowing the user to correct it, and a description and a maximum of 3 photographs of the damage can be added.

The City Council of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will manage the resolution of the damages reported by the citizens, as well as keep them informed about the progress in resolving them.

LPA Carnaval

LPGC Explora

App for hiking, cultural, and gastronomic routes, aimed at promoting physical activity while introducing the customs and traditions that define the history of each route within Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The audio guides will accompany you throughout the journey, you can discover very short videos of the beauty of each route, MIDE information (Excursion Information Method), which gives you an evaluation of the environment, itinerary, route, and effort. It reports on cultural interest points or simply the history of our ancestors along these routes. Photography will allow you to recognize the places during the route, and you can position yourself on the route's layout to stay on track. It informs you of the rules to be followed in each of the areas.

The App uses iBeacon technology allowing automatic activation of audio guides when passing near beacons placed on the trail (only requires activating Bluetooth), bringing the history of the trail to life as you enjoy your journey.

The App requires permissions for background execution only when starting or following a route, in order to detect proximity to a Place or Point of Interest and activate the information and audio guides.

mi DGT
